During months of devastating shutdown for the whole music industry during the Covid 19 pandemic, conversations were had with MLA’s, ministers, submissions of impact statements, garnered media attention and lobbying of the Saskatchewan government to open the music industry and allow our people to work safely.
Then, this concert series was born.
These great and diverse Saskatchewan artists have come together for a world-class acoustic evening of great original music and many favourites.

This evening will showcase the incredible songwriting, vocals, musicianship and performances of Saskatchewan’s well-known and multi-awarded, working professional artists - Jack Semple, Heidi Munro, Scott Patrick and Chris Henderson.
This concert is sure to be a soulfully moving celebration of the music arts, and what a necessary fabric it is to the people of Saskatchewan.

RAWLINSON CENTRE SUCCESSFULLY GETTING FANS BACK IN THE AUDITORIUM
By Dawson Thompson, paNOW
A re-opening week at the Rawlinson was capped off by a performance by Chris Henderson, Jack Semple, and the duo Heidi Munro and Scott Patrick, Saturday night.

After being shut down for over six months due to the pandemic, the arts and entertainment industry had the opportunity to start up again, with the Rawlinson hosting two concerts last week.
An Acoustic Sessions Christmas
"An Acoustic Sessions Christmas", was born out of our touring theatre show "The Acoustic Sessions".
"We had a desire to create feelings of hope, pure joy, generosity and see strangers smiling at each other. This show accomplished that. It's as much for us as for the fans."

This show includes catchy medley arrangements of Christmas classics, pop classics, and original songs. Heidi, Scott, Jack and Chris perform many songs together as well as feature their own individual works for this very entertaining Christmas show.
"What a first class Show! The harmonies and mashup arrangements that included Christmas songs were fantastic. There was such a warm and beautiful feeling in the theatre. It was magic, they were so entertaining. These are well known music professionals right here in our province coming together, it was so great!"

With reputations as two of the hardest working artists in Western Canada, Heidi Munro and Scott Patrick have quickly gained notoriety as a power duo with magnetic stage chemistry and passionate, high-energy performance.
Flavours of roots, soul, traditional country, rock, and jazz permeate throughout the songs that they create. Lyrically the songs address the emotions of life-Love, loss, nostalgia, and imagination. Their debut album “Give Me Your Rain”, was voted the #6 album in Saskatchewan, 2022, with a style reminiscent of Chris Stapleton, Emmy Lou Harris, but at times very Beth Hart, and Joe Cocker.
Whether they are on stage with only their voices and an acoustic guitar or backed by a stellar band, Munro & Patrick draw audiences in with pin drop moments, and capture them with swampy, infectious rock n roll.

Chris Henderson’s blend of a modern country sound, with traditional roots, has made him one of Canada’s busiest Country Recording Artists. Since his debut release in 2008, the former high school teacher has been touring relentlessly, releasing 16 singles to National Radio, including My Regret (#47), Don’t Miss Your Kiss Goodbye (#47), and more.

The 3x SCMA Male of Artist of the Year (2018-20) has released four studio albums, including his latest from October of 2019, Point Of View.
